If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, the goods are damaged or the goods do not comply with any of the contract the customer must notify the business by email at within 7 days of receipt of the purchase otherwise the business will deem the goods as accepted by the customer.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of the receipt of purchase including the name of the customer and invoice number. Once the goods have been inspected the business will give a full refund excluding postage costs within 28 days of the cancellation of the contract. The refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase. For a refund to be granted the goods must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, with all labels still attached and unworn.
